(Newser) – After Arnold Schwarzenegger needled Sarah Palin via Twitter about being able to see Russia from his plane, she got the last word (we hope) in a new tweet: "Arnold should have landed; I could have explained our multi-billion dollar state surplus & US energy security efforts.
