Presidents throughout history have done their best to keep things hidden from the public. Sometimes they have national security implications, like the Pentagon Papers. Sometimes they are just embarrassing, like chubby interns with an oral fixation.

Enter Rick Perry. The longest-serving governor in Texas history really has no desire for you to know ANYTHING about where he goes, what he does and what it costs Texas taxpayers.

Teabaggers love Perry because he talks about small government and reducing the power of Washington. However he won't let the public, which pays the bills for what he does, see how – or even IF – he's getting that done.

Our state is recovering from one of the most contentious legislative sessions ever. The next one in 2013 will be just as bad if not worse. And Perry keeps piling on the costs, only we're not allowed to see them. Read this and you'll see what I'm talking about.
