VIDEO: Biden Drops F-Bomb at Historic Signing (New York Post)
Funny how the audio cuts out at the supposed infamous moment. And if Biden did say it, so f-ing what. It WAS a big f-ing deal. That's the one f-ing thing both sides agree upon.
